Job Description

To be able to coordinate between Project cost, design packages, contractors and consultant's requirement.

To be comfortable able to review tender packages (if there is) and vendor's analysis report.

To perform smoothly with our company team of work with smart way to support the projects outcome.

Daily site inspection for all construction site activities and be able to define the required action from MEP works.

Managing and coordination at the construction site with different contractors to achieve the project's design with best quality.

Prepare and review project program to be able to reports to the projects higher managements team.

Coordination between all stakeholders to guarantee that site progress is in line with the project program of work.

Responsible for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resource

Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives

Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials

Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;

Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors

Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines

Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site

Preparing reports as required

Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Minimum Experience Required : 5 Years UAE Experience is Must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE Construction Industry: 5 years (Required)

Language:

• English, Arabic will be an added advantage (Preferred)
