JOB PROFILE We are looking for an experienced project engineer who has an exceptional track record of delivering high end fitout projects in commercial interior design mainly F&B, Retail and Healthcare sectors. Someone, who is dedicated in delivering the best quality and service always while being mindful of project budget and timeline Qualification & Skills
- Min 4 years of proven working experience in executing Commercial interior spaces for new constructions & renovation projects (Office, Retail and F&B Sectors)
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Proficient in documentation and site reporting
- Knowledge MS project and other project related software applications
- Should have an eye for detail and quality
- Communication and presentation skills
- Time Management and organisational skills
- Being a clear communicator and being able to work in a team.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil
- Builds positive working relationships with external parties such as the customer, suppliers, and contractors.
- Prepare Project schedules setting realistic milestones for each project
- Be process driven - Be able to document progress on site through site pictures and reports
- Should be active in updating the CRM / Project management software so to keep everyone on the team aware of al the project status
- Should be able to handle and obtain approvals from all statutory approvals required for projects.
- Manage all project designs and processes; to ensure the smooth coordination of multi-disciplinary teams; to provide high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
- Select, or provide input into the selection of, specialist sub-consultants, subcontractors, or other organizations that will help complete the project work.
- Maintain current working knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and approval procedures.
- Provide review and advice on designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and client brief.
- Guide the selection of appropriate materials, construction methods, and other aspects of procurement.
- Conduct financial, technical, and operational assessments; to advise on risks, opportunities, and potential hazards.
- Provide key input into the tendering process, analysis, and negotiations with contractors bidding for the project.
- Chair and record design meetings, draft reports, and lead presentations.
- Exhaustively reviewing and checking drawings for errors, before being sent to subcontractors.
- Should be able to handle multiple projects
