Requirements:Minimum 3years experience in UAE for standard level or 5 years of home country experience for beginner levelBachelors degree in engineering (Civil / Electrical)Sound mathematical, scientific and IT skills.The ability to think methodically and to manage jobs.Problem-solving skillsAbility to work to deadlines and within budgets.Ability to maintain an overview of entire jobs while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsNegotiating, supervisory and leadership skillsComplete knowledge of relevant legislationCommercial awareness an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a jobs Software Skills Required:Auto CADMS Project Professional / PrimaveraMicrosoft Office PackageOne Drive /SharePoint Software Responsibilities:Ensure that all jobs are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Coordinate jobs management activities, resources, equipment, and information.Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.Make sure that clients needs are met as jobs evolve.Analyse risks and opportunitiesOversee jobs procurement management.Monitor jobs progress and handle any issues that arise.Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.Assists in preparation and implementation of Jobs Execution Plan (PEP).Attend Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes of Meetings.Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each Jobs.Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.Coordinates with all jobs related personnel on day-todayCheck progress of work activities, procurement, and operations to ensure timely completion of the jobs.Provide full support as required by the Management and Clients for all jobs.
