Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various engineering projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure successful delivery.

- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and resolve issues.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

- Prepare reports and documentation for project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil)

- 4-5 years of experience in project engineering or management.

- Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.

- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- PMP certification is a plus.
