We require an experienced

Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager (Civil)

for our company.

Job Responsbilities:

Coordinate the project with internal team and sub-contractor with regard to time schedule, material specification and quality Coordinate between design, procurement, contracts, estimation, site installation and also the sub-contractor wherever necessary Make sure that handover of project within time, quality and cost planned also share viewpoints in advance in view of any bottleneck Control and follow up with sub-contractors with regards to materials and site installation Daily liaison and interface (daily meetings) with consultants, MC, MEP personnel and circulate the MOM. Mitigate with consultant representative for site issues if any available Lead site supervisors and be proactive in resolving issues if any Make sure the work progresses as and according to the plan and highlight bottlenecks if any in advance Make sure there is no faulty workmanship and rectify immediately if found Make sure that there is no site materials wastage and shortage. Timely indent is raised to avoid delay in material deliver Adherence to SOPs and work related competency standards. Implement safety precautions on site and develop healthy atmosphere Shared planned daily production data against man hour used as set format All the relevant site works data is shared with planning to formulate the progress reports Monitoring the works inspection and submittal process To appraise the project manager about all the ongoing and expected hindrances, obstacles which can impact our schedule and try to mitigate it immediately Motivate site team to go that extra mile and deliver the deliverables Ensure all HSE standards are met, which includes proper safety, protection and housekeeping Complete labour management. Ensure project productivity is same or greater than company's average Ensure all executed works are as per approved QA/QC standards

Experience: 6+ Years

Experience in Villa Projects

Experience in any GCC (UAE Preferable) is a Must.

Salary: Up to AED 10000 + Accommodation + Transport.

Location: Dubai, UAE.
