-Verification of Tender drawings and Design drawings & finalizing the shop drawings - Approval of material submittal from consultant or authorized bodies, in compliance with the project spec . - Preparing Material requisitions as per project planning. - Follow up of materials/equipment with the vendors and offer for material inspection request for approval by the consultant. - Monitoring the site progress and meeting up the target dates. - Submission of interim bills, cost variations and obtaining approvals and certifications. - Quantity take-off of all HVAC services. - Technical discussions with the consultants. - Coordinate between different project teams to determine relative priorities and on-time completion of work within estimated budget. - Recommend special work schedules, overtime, or contractor participation to meet unusual or emergency situations. - Understanding safety hazards and following procedures to ensure safe working environment for site team. - Involved in Testing, repairing and operating HVAC systems. - Preparing Operation and Maintenance manuals with As-built drawings & giving training to end user/facility management team a part of hand over process. - Following and implementing local & international HVAC standards in order to obtain optimum system performance. Attending site meetings and maintain proper verbal and written communication with clients . Having good command on spoken and written english should have sound knowledge of HVAC and HVAC equipment . Should have analytical and problem solving skills . 1) To communicate in English , Hindi languages. 2) To hold a Diploma or Degree Mechanical Engineering Certificate. 3) 4 years Hvac experience in Dubai 4] Uae driving license compulsory.
