Job Summary

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera and other project scheduling tools. Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare construction estimates and budgets, ensuring accuracy in cost assessments. Manage contracts and liaise with subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations on-site. Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members. Implement effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines. Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the process.

Skills

Proficiency in Primavera for project scheduling and management. Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in construction estimating and budgeting processes. Familiarity with construction sites and the ability to navigate challenges that arise during projects. Knowledge of contract management and negotiation techniques. Proficient in using Bluebeam for document control and collaboration.
