Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in the water industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have worked in an EPCM environment and possess a deep understanding of water treatment processes.

:

• Support engineering design and project execution for water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, designers, and construction managers, to deliver integrated and optimized solutions.
• Manage offshore engineering support teams, ensuring clear communication, effective coordination, and quality deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Conduct technical analyses and feasibility studies and provide expert advice on process optimization and technology selection.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, presenting project designs, progress updates, and technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in the development of proposals, including technical scoping, cost estimation, and project planning.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Experience :

• Minimum 10 years' experience in constructions projects, preferably in the water or Process industry.
• Solid understanding of water treatment processes and technologies is mandatory
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and offshore engineering teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in SAP Project System or other ERP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with all levels of management.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and project management systems.

Technical Skills :

• Familiarity with various water treatment methods, technologies, and equipment.
• Knowledge of the design and engineering principles specific to water treatment facilities.
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework related to water treatment, environmental standards, and construction.
• Proficiency in project management software, CAD tools, and other relevant software used in engineering and construction.
