Ohana Developments is seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer with a solid background in construction, specifically in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience (10-15 years) in overseeing construction projects, particularly in villa and tower construction. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, focusing on villas and tower developments.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.

Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving potential issues or delays.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements throughout the construction process.

Manage project budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial targets.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and milestones.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project team members.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry in the UAE, with a focus on villa and tower projects.

Strong knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

UAE driving license and familiarity with local construction regulations preferred.
