RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides "first line" contact with client(s) and coordinates client(s) project requirements.
Upon Techno Commercial Handover -Prepares Project Charter and Project Scope Statement
Identification Stakeholders thereby finalization of Project Organogram and Communication Matrix
Arrange Internal- Stakeholder Kickoff Meeting, thereby finalize the Overall Project Deliverables
Efficient in Preparation and Implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP)
Provides input to proposals department with regard to project(s) execution and coordination during Bid (if any)
Manages and Monitors all project contractual and project relevant meetings
Assign responsibilities and mentor the dedicated project team
Prepare and Monitor Project Risk Matrix
Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
Efficient in Ensuring Overall Project Deliverables are submitted to the client for review and approval.
Coordinates with all stakeholder and monitors the activities related to the project aligned as per the approved project schedule
Control on Project related Purchase Requisitions Ensures required materials are scheduled and purchased as per the project procurement plan
Monitors delivery schedules of project materials and ensure potential slippages are managed aligned with project material controllers
Responsible for project material issues and control; Monitors material usage and costs to ensure material budgets are achieved.
Monitoring Project Procurement, Risk, Quality and Communication plan
Monitors all elements of work execution and productivity to maximise project efficiencies to achieving required man - hour, Regular monitoring budget v/s Actual Reports in EPICOR
Ensures Validation of Scope - Scope Creeps /Contract variations reference to the original contract Scope are notified to client thereby approvals on project change request
Efficient in managing the KPI assigned
Efficient in managing the project Cash inflow and outflow, thereby managing the project invoicing and follow up on the payment
Obtaining Site Acceptance thereby technical and commercial close out.
Prepare and Submit the Project Close out report
Comply with ISO Standards of 9001 & 45001 & 14001.thereby adhering Company's Quality Management System
KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITIES
Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in English Language.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: -
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.
Proven 8+ years' experience of project management with Brownfield construction
PMI Certification will be an added advantage
