Job Title: Division Manager - Home Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, manage, and mentor the home automation team, including sales, project managers, and technical staff.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus within the team.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors in the home automation space.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to expand the division's reach.
• Project Execution:
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of home automation projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and budget.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure that all installations and integrations meet quality and safety standards.
• Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strategic Planning & Growth:
• Set the strategic direction for the division, in alignment with company goals.
• Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure the division remains competitive.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to drive successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate with external partners and contractors when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in sales, project management, and leadership roles within the home automation, AV, or smart home industries.
• We have proven track record of driving sales growth and executing large-scale automation projects.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of home automation technologies and trends.
• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on coaching and developing staff.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Certifications:
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CEDIA, CTS, or similar in home automation or AV systems)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
