As a Project Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing and driving the successful delivery of major hospitality projects. You will manage senior stakeholder relationships, lead project teams, and implement best practices to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Direct and manage the delivery of large, complex projects in the hospitality sector.
Strategic Planning: Define project goals, establish delivery plans, and ensure appropriate governance mechanisms.
Team Management: Lead large, multidisciplinary teams, set objectives, and foster a culture of high performance and professional growth.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, track progress, and address variances to meet financial targets.
Process Improvement: Implement industry best practices, recommend process improvements, and ensure compliance with project standards and contractual obligations.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential project risks, providing strategic recommendations to ensure smooth project execution.
Mentorship and Talent Development: Cultivate and develop talent within the project team, ensuring succession planning and long-term growth.Requirements:Experience: 20+ years of experience in project management, with significant expertise in delivering large-scale hospitality projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; project management certification or accreditation preferred.

Technical Expertise: Strong pre-contract and post-contract experience, including contract administration.
