Our client is managing a larger and esteemed hospitality group is expanding across the Middle East and seeking a highly skilled

Project Development Manager

to join a dynamic team. This pivotal role is within a company that operates across various facets of the hospitality industry, including conference and exhibition centres, resorts, hotels, F&B services, and more. You will play a

key role in identifying opportunities and managing the entire process from initial MOU to final contract signing.

Candidate Requirements:

1: Fluent in Arabic with excellent communication skills.

2: Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian hospitality landscape and broader GCC region.

3: Has progressed from a General Manager role into development and lodging positions.

4: Proven track record of successful hospitality project developments.

5: Skilled in negotiating licenses, permits, and contracts within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new development opportunities across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.

Lead negotiations for licenses, permits, and contracts to ensure smooth project execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, government bodies, and partners.

Oversee the development process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with the group's growth strategy.

Showcase proven success in leading hospitality development projects, including lodging and mixed-use developments.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
