• •Handle physical and telephone reception with professionalism.•
• •Scan and archive incoming mail, including specific financing documents for further processing.•
• •Ensure timely dispatch and archiving of outgoing mail.•
• •Maintain orderly physical and electronic filing systems for correspondence and documentation.•
• •Assist with administrative tasks, including photocopying, printing, and archiving.•
• •Draft meeting minutes and internal notes.•
#### •Job Experience •
• •3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.•
•Skills and Competencies: •
• •Proficient in French (oral and written); English proficiency is an asset.•
• •Strong analytical, writing, and synthesis abilities.•
• •Expertise in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).•
• •Rigor, organization, and ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.•
