In this role, you will execute the Project Acquisition process for various Master Contracting Vehicles. These professionals must manage the teams and processes necessary to develop the sale of these projects to the ultimate satisfaction of the customer. Key activities will include working with clients, offices and team members on scope development, overall acquisition strategy, estimating, and contract development for performance contracts, complex turn key and other complex contracting vehicles. This position requires mastery of acquisition, technical aptitude, project scoping/pricing and project management skills.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Perform comprehensive site audits and inspections of existing HVAC systems, including chillers, heat pumps, calorifiers, and boilers.Accountable for hand-over of won project to installation, maintenance and/or engineering with complete and correct information\xc2\xb7 Assess the feasibility and benefits of replacing existing heating systems with new, energy-efficient heat pumps.\xc2\xb7 Develop detailed scopes of work, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and timelines.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align with their needs\xc2\xb7 Prepare and present feasibility reports and technical documentation to clients and internal stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Prepare CAD drawing for proposed solution.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all proposed solutions comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.\xc2\xb7 Stay updated on the latest advancements in HVAC technology and industry best practices.\xc2\xb7 Directly execute the Project Acquisition process for Design-Build Turnkey opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Ability to understand construction methods/practices and communicate and direct subcontractors in an effort to obtain critical proposal information.\xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable and skilled in Project Management and its processes. Ability to recommend plans for staffing PM/CM locally on-site and oversee projects through construction.\xc2\xb7 Serve as a role model in consistently utilizing and advocating the CS process, Trane Policy Guide, related tools and systems.\xc2\xb7 Continually validate the effectiveness of the Design-Build Turnkey and CS processes and identify and develop improvements.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for secured customers from Project Development through project transition.Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 - 5 years sales experience in Project Development of HVAC systems and solutions (Mainly Heat Pumps, Chillers, Airside, etc.)\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using HVAC design and analysis software.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of HVAC solutions including heating and cooling systems.\xc2\xb7 Must possess a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs that help our employees thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
