:
• Organize project inquiries, and accordingly cost and price by utilizing the templates provided.
• Organize, record and track project costing accurately and ensure that the data is stored securely.
• Prepare quotations based on the prices provided, or calculated as per the approved guidelines.
• Evaluate costs against expected market price points and set structures to achieve profit targets.
• Responsible for calculating the material cost, relationships of sales or revenues to cost and overhead expenditures using excel spread sheets.
• Engage with audit (internal / external) for validation/defence of costing methodology.
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Maintain well-organized filing systems
• Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Responding to regularly occurring requests for information in consultation with the seniors
Requirements:
• Education : Bachelor's degree, preferably from Engineering background
• Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of UAE or Home country experience in similar field.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
