TAKELEAP is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/Manager that is able to lead, coordinate, organize a team. Applicants should have strong leadership quality, interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Works with the client to identify and coordinate new project developments and/or enhancements.
- To develop project scope of work documents and project plans that include an analysis of the product/service, pricing, development plan, deliverables, and any related risks.
- Assigns, schedules, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget. Mentors and provides expertise to other project team members.
- Project leading skills on individual projects. Assigns and checks work.
- Defines the responsibilities of departments involved in the project including customers, project team, vendors, and others affected by the project.
- Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the projects
- Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and project development team.
- Identifies the technical approach to be used on a given project and manages the development process including the development of a strategic plan, systems analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and acceptance of the system and/or application.
- Develops review schedules, checks, and acceptance tests for each phase of a project.
- Identifies design alternatives, researches existing product/services in the marketplace and recommends viable solutions.
- Develops Proposals, evaluates responses, and leads selection of teams.
- Identifies and documents opportunities to integrate required skills and resources to fulfill project requirements.
- Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations.
- Organizes and conducts project team meetings.
- Utilizes current, county-wide and/or department specific software to complete tasks.
- Develops project report after the end of project and archive all project output including the source files.
- Ensure integration of fabrication and fit-out requirements into project planning and execution.
- Supervise fabrication and fit-out activities to ensure quality standards and timely delivery.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
• Ability to speak fluent English. Arabic is a great advantage.
• Bachelor's degree
• PMP certification is an advantage
• 2-5 years handling full life-cycle projects
Technical Requirements:
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge about Takeleap scope of work like augmented reality, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, projection mapping, etc.
• Understanding the basic workings of the 3D development pipeline
• Understanding the basic workings of game engines like Unity, Unreal, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
