Project coordinator with AutoCAD Experience (Female)

• Project Support : Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Schedule Management : Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Team Coordination : Serve as the main point of contact for team members, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Resource Allocation : Assist in allocating resources (personnel, equipment, etc.) as needed for project tasks.
• Client Interaction : Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, timelines, and any potential issues.
• Risk Management : Help identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Budget Monitoring : Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses, ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Problem-Solving : Address any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the project, and escalate where necessary.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders about the status and progress of the project.

Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) with Autocad experience
• Experience : 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, drafting with AUTOCAD or related roles.
• Skills :
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
