•We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Coordinator / Facade with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE construction industry to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion, quality craftsmanship, and adherence to budgetary constraints. This role requires exceptional project management skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of the UAE construction market.•
•Responsibilities: •
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing projects related to interior design fit out, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
-Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and monitor progress against them.
-Create and maintain project documentation such as schedules, contracts, change orders, and project reports.
-Communicate project updates, issues, and risks to project stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
-Monitor project quality and ensure that project deliverables meet the company's standards and client expectations.
-Coordinate project logistics such as site inspections, material deliveries, and installation schedules.
-Manage project resources such as labor, materials, and equipment.
-Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements on project sites.
-Conduct post-project evaluation and analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
-2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an interior design fit out company.
-Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
-Knowledge of interior design fit out processes, materials, and technologies.
-Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
-•Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.•
