The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fit Out-Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will assist in project planning, scheduling, communication, resource management, and risk mitigation. This role requires strong coordination, documentation, and administrative skills to ensure smooth project operations and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: o Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and defining goals and deliverables. Monitor and adjust schedules as needed. o Communication and Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between project teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and document key discussions. o Documentation and Reporting: Organize and maintain project documentation, track KPIs, milestones, and progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. o Resource Management: Help allocate resources, manage team needs, and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries. o Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks, collaborate with the team to implement mitigation strategies, and address issues quickly. o Budget Management: Assist in tracking expenditures, ensuring the project stays within budget, and reporting on financial discrepancies. o Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and specifications, conducting inspections and tests as needed. o Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and team members, ensuring expectations are met throughout the project. o Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as travel scheduling, correspondence management, and organizing project logistics.
Requirements
Qualifications: o Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. o Experience: Prior experience in project coordination or related roles is preferred. o Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly valued. o Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software is a plus. o Preferred: Certifications in Agile or Scrum (optional).
