• Assisting and supporting the Project Team in the delivery of projects.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.
• Determining project changes (CR).
• Provide administrative tasks related to creating proposals (PAF's), sending invoice, following up on payments, updating Project Folders/tracker sheets as per SLA.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Organizing, attending and participating in clients/internal stakeholder meetings. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings (MOM).
