Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Event Coordinator at Hundred Media in Dubai. The Project Event Coordinator will be responsible for event planning, communication with clients and stakeholders, customer service, event management, and sales-related tasks. The role involves coordinating and overseeing various aspects of events and ensuring their successful execution.

Qualifications

• Event Planning, Event Management, and Sales skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices
• Experience in project coordination or event management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
