Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Support the project manager in resolving any project-related issues or delays.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges.
• Maintain communication with clients to provide regular updates on project status.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 5 years experience as a Project Coordinator in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and project management principles.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the construction industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
