- Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective coordination and communication among team members.

- Prepare and maintain accurate quotations and cost estimates.
- Facilitate project meetings, document discussions, and follow up on action items to meet project milestones.
- Establish and maintain a systematic document control process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication, both internal and external.
- Collaborate with couriers, suppliers, and internal teams to plan shipments, track orders, and resolve possible logistics issues.
