Job Description

We are seeking Project Coordinator specifically in the Food and Beverage domain. The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage projects related to the development, implementation, and enhancement of F&B products or services. This role requires strong project management skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)

Proven experience in project management within the F&B industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams and foster collaboration.

In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including culinary techniques, and food safety protocols.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.

Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or relevant industry certifications (e.g., SERV Safe) is desirable.

Working Conditions :

This position may require occasional travel to project sites, vendor locations, or industry events.

Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate project schedules and deadlines.

UAE driving License + own car is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
