About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Emirati National) to join us in Dubai office. The appointed candidate will be responsible for supporting the Engineering team in multiple projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in analyzing the technical requirements and specifications for projects under the Project Manager's supervision.
• Collaborating with the Design & Estimation Team during at pre-sales stage.
• Coordinating with on-site engineers for project planning, monitoring progress, and reporting.
• Ensuring project activities adhere to timelines.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and regulators for effective communication.
• Maintaining accurate records of project activities, test results, and design changes.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Must be based in Dubai or Sharjah.
• Diploma or higher degree from an accredited university / college.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration in diverse and multi-disciplinary environments.
• Must have the Valid driving license and own car required.
• Must have valid Family Book.
• Must have completed mandatory National Service.
• Must not be currently employed elsewhere.
