:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with at least 4 years of experience in the UAE , ideally within the construction or landscape industry. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects, from planning through to completion. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, manage project timelines effectively, and ensure all resources are allocated efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Coordination : Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all project phases are completed on time and within budget.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, progress tracking, meeting minutes, and communication logs. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
• Resource Management : Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor resource allocation and resolve any issues that arise.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the project's timeline or quality. Proactively work with the project team to mitigate these risks.
• Client Liaison : Act as a point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure client needs are communicated and met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Compliance & Quality Control : Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and industry standards. Support the implementation of quality control procedures.
• Problem Solving & Decision Making : Identify problems early and work with the team to develop solutions. Make quick decisions when necessary to keep the project on track.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience : At least 4 years of project coordination experience, preferably in the construction or landscape industries in the UAE.
• Education : A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
• Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Software Proficiency : Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Teamwork & Leadership : Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and lead project teams when needed.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing project needs, priorities, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
• Language Skills : Proficiency in Arabic is a plus, but not required.
