The operations coordinator will be an integral part of project teams, creating well-coordinated documentation among the different departments (Sales / Vendors / Design).
Job Role:
• Coordinate - organize the various parts of an activity to enable collaboration and efficient communication.
• Advisory - give information or advice or a recommendation about what is required from the different teams.
• Plan and manage the design process by creating design systems and mapping out the design tools that the team needs.
• Create the frameworks of how the design team should collaborate with product teams and any other team within the entire company
• Make sure that the design is collaborating effectively with product and engineering throughout the development process.
• Provide cross-team visibility into projects and workflows.
• Define and gather business and design requirements. Lead and facilitate retrospectives, reviews, or other critical team meetings if required
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree / Diploma in Interior Design
• Experience in Optimizing Workflow
• Organizing teamwork among the different departments
• Ensure smooth communication among the teams
• Optimizing tools and working methods
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Understanding the interior design concepts is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week
