Job Description
sWe are looking for a Project Coordinator with interior fit-out works experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.Responsibilities:
- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
- Bachelors degree in Cvil Engineering, Project Management, or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles in Interior fit-out works
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Nationality Preference: Indian or Filipino
