Job descriptionThe Support role will coordinate, and support Project Managers in executing large global client projects.Primary Responsibilities
Support Project Managers on larger engagements
Coordinate project deliverables including: assessment tools, interactive learning, coaching, consulting and instructor led training,
Be aware of project staffing needs; work with necessary stakeholders to fulfill those needs.
Review and monitor project financials; including budget, billing process, resource use, time, track project expenses; trigger timely invoice requests.
Support Project Team through end-to-end project lifecycle. Project team will own SAP inputs; this role must provide status data for input to SAP, enter delivery data into internal systems, handoff delivery data to other functions, and support information requests needed for invoicing and financial tracking.
Support delivery of work (manage participants, platforms, instruments, results/output, logistics fulfillment, schedule of assessments and formatting for document)
Act as primary point of contact for owned projects to Operations and Revenue Manager for project related activities and inquiries
Coordinate materials production for client-focused meetings
Delivery systems: enter and monitor key delivery information in proprietary delivery platforms
Compile, prepare, edit and format various reports, presentations and business documents, and analyses data and information from identified sources within prescribed guidelines and procedures.
Serve as primary point of contact for direct communication with the participants, client, faculty, coaches, and/or third party vendors.
Back office systems: includes entering project details into SAP and a variety of proprietary business systems.
Other duties as assigned

Education, experience, & Other Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor\'s degree or 2-3 year apprenticeship in business or on a related field is highly preferred.
2-3 years professional experience in a corporate setting.
Must be able to work with little supervision, be detail-oriented, flexible in terms of hours and responsibilities as work requires, and able to organize multiple priorities and work deadlines (in accordance with local employment laws).Strong project coordination skills.
High level of professionalism and ability to work with senior level executives.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with the ability to learn challenging internal software programs.
Demonstrated track record of upward progression within a corporate environment combined with sound judgment and professional maturity is strongly preferred.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Financial Acumen.
Ability to interpret contracts.
Ability to balance client-centric delivery with business needs.
This role is part of the client delivery team.
German native or fully fluent; fluent in business English.
