Project Coordinator

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on-site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
  • Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting.
  • Monitor project\'s time, cost, quality, scope, resources and risk management.
  • Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan.
  • Efficiently manage and work closely with designers.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management skills and tools.
  • Preparation/ submission/ necessary documents to building management to obtained PTW.
  • Coordinate with the design team with regards to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings.
  • Ability to run projects within budget and schedule.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements :
  • 2 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out & joinery work .
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office skills.
  • Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to details.
  • Excellent project & people management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and management skills.
  • With personal transportation preferred.
  • Only Singaporean/PR may apply.
  • Able to start work immediately.
