Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently looking for a projet coordinator to join our team in Dubai,UAE.
Role Responsiblities:
Role Responsiblities:
- Support projects team in variation logging and submission to client through client?s systems
- Prepare weekly progress dashboards and collect data required for the development of these dashboards
- Coordination of project meetings, client reviews and engagement sessions
- Focal point for project change register across the portfolio which includes collecting and logging client driven changes on regular basis
- General support to projects team on daily basis
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry
- Skills in persuasion, negotiation and communication
- Highly organised
- Takes initiative
- Capable of working to specific procedures
- Acts in a morally, legally and socially appropriate manner in dealings with others
