We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator cum Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator cum Quantity Surveyor to manage and support various interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers with a passion for interior fit-out and an eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.

- Work closely with the project team to monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities for various projects.

- Conduct quantity take-offs and assist in procurement activities.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues promptly.

- Perform site visits to monitor progress and quality control.

- Track project costs and expenses to ensure budget compliance.

- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and project reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or quantity surveying in the interior fit-out industry preferred.

- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internships are also welcome to apply.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and other project management software.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
