: Project Coordinator (Aluminum and Facade)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise in aluminum and facade systems to the project team.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, progress reports, and technical drawings.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Quality Control: Monitor project quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential project issues and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
• Resource Management: Coordinate and manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, inspect work quality, and ensure project specifications are met.
• Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports for management review.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, specifically in aluminum and facade systems.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of aluminum and facade systems, including materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
• Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
