Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and execution of projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project flow.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates and reports.
• Ensure that all project specifications and standards are met, including interior and exterior specifications, electrical, and other technical aspects.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Support the Project Manager in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role in the UAE.
• Experienced KNX certified programmer
• Must be conversant with ETS software and system design
• AutoCad experience is essential
• Strong understanding of interior and exterior specifications, electrical systems, and related technical aspects.
