We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Project Team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of interior and exterior specifications, electrical systems, and related technical aspects. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing various projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project flow.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates and reports.
• Ensure that all project specifications and standards are met, including interior and exterior specifications, electrical, and other technical aspects.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Support the Project Manager in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of interior and exterior specifications, electrical systems, and related technical aspects.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
