We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information; liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives; and ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
• Help prepare reports.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
• BSc in Business Administration or related field.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
