A Leading contracting company is looking to hire a Project Coordinator in Abu Dhabi.
• Manage complete lifecycle of the outsourced project.
• Collaborates effectively with multiple departments within Atlas to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Perform KPI reviews with the end user to monitor and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensures that project quality standards and deadlines, all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications regarding outsourced personnel and project updates.
• Conduct contract budget reviews and report cost plans to higher management.
• Liaise and work closely with suppliers, partners and internal teams.
• Manage procurement for the project.
• Liaise with procurement and finance for project invoicing.
• Liaise with HR to initiate payroll for outsourced employees.
• Address client concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to the Project Manager when needed.
• Author, negotiate, execute and manage contractual documents.
• Work closely with HR teams to ensure that vacancies are filled with qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree
Professional Certification:
• PMP or similar certifications preferred
Experience:
• At least 8-10 years of experience at various levels in Telecom industry
Skills & Abilities:
• Multi-Disciplined team leadership.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and willing to exercise initiative.
• Ability to set clear team objectives and goals.
• The ability to prioritize, manage own workload, and work under pressure to demanding deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
