Job Title: Project Coordinator
We are a joinery manufacturing company specialising in kids furniture manufacturing, we are looking for a project coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests related to ongoing projects.
2. Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers to provide updates and gather necessary information for project success.
4. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that client requirements are met and quality standards are maintained.
5. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and changes.
6. Coordinate logistics such as transportation, delivery, and installation of furniture for kids' projects.
7. Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues as they arise.
8. Provide regular status reports to clients and internal stakeholders on project milestones, challenges, and achievements.
9. Deals with logistics for projects and delivery
Qualifications:
1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment..
2. Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
5. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
