Requirements

Degree in Engineering with 10 plus years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC Project Planning and Controls.

Qualification required in Primavera and PMP

• Attention to detail, construction management skills
• Team-oriented skills

Determine, Develop & maintain project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements

• Review of project reports - Daily, weekly & Monthly
• Interfacing with procurement, Engineering & Finance departments
• Preparation of Budgeting & Cost Control measures
• Preparation of variation/change order
• Maintaining the cashflow requirement of the project and forecasting cashflow related risks.
• Site progress monitoring & addressing concerns.
• Prepare schedule for proposals or contract negotiations as requested and checks and confirms that the correct scope of work is reflected on assigned schedules.
• Preparation of project schedule (level 1-4) and maintain the schedules by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. Integrate the inter-discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines or specialties.
• Reviews and assesses the work sequences with the total project plan.








• Establishes and implements methods for determining activity durations within assigned disciplines or specialties.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
• Ensure Cost Control measures are in place for all projects.
• Tracking and finalization of variation/change order in consultation with Project Manager and Contracts Department.
• Attend project kick-off meetings, daily, weekly and monthly meetings with clients as required.
• Site progress monitoring & addressing concerns.
• Identifies, analyses and monitors schedule deviations for assigned disciplines or specialties including subcontractor submittals and recommends corrective action/work-around solutions for project considerations.
• Reviews schedule data, identifies and acquires information needed to complete work logics to interface between assigned disciplines, specialties and/or projects
• Determines critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialties and identifies significant activities supporting inter- discipline requirements and identifies critical path for discipline or specialty work activities.
• o Identifies and reports activities that have a critical or potential impact on the schedule and prepares and presents the Critical Items Action Report.
• o Resources planning and allocation based on site requirements in consultation with Project Managers
• o Organize & attend daily internal review meetings for the all the project to assess the progress and look ahead plans.
• o Organize & attend the internal daily/weekly meeting as required.
• o Ensure timely preparation and submission of all project reports - Daily, weekly & Monthly.
• o Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate under the direction of the Project Head and Operations Head.
