• Coordinating large-scale projects from implementation to successful execution, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Managing domestic and international project transport operations across all modes of transport for both imports and exports.
• Preparing transport documentation and handling customs clearance, in compliance with all internal compliance guidelines as well as legal provisions
• Collaborating with customers, business partners and internal teams to guarantee smooth operations.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations across multiple geographies, including experience in the Middle East market.
• Fluency in English.
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and compliance requirements in the UAE and globally.
• Strong understanding of multi-modal transportation, including air, sea, and road logistics.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and third-party service providers.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
