Job Title: Project Control and Planning Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Availability: Immediate to 15 days

Experience: Minimum 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6) for oil and gas projects, specifically oil terminal projects.

- Monitor and control project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.

- Conduct regular progress reviews and updates to project schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze project data.

- Prepare and present detailed project control reports, including progress tracking, earned value analysis, and resource allocation.

- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial constraints.

- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

- Oversee change management processes, ensuring all changes are properly documented and approved.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project control and planning within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on oil terminal projects.

- Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and other project management software.

- Strong knowledge of project control principles, techniques, and best practices.

- Proven experience in schedule development, progress monitoring, and cost control.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Prior experience working in Dubai or the UAE is preferred.
