Mark Williams is recruiting for a Project Change Lead for a prestigious entity in Abu Dhabi. The role will be to lead the end-to-end organizational change for a large-scale digital transformation program.
Responsibilities: - Developing and executing comprehensive strategies and plans for change management to facilitate the successful integration of the assigned project - Actively involving key stakeholders to comprehend their needs and concerns, whilst ensuring their enthusiastic participation and support throughout the project - Leading a thorough impact assessment for the assigned projects, encompassing an in-depth analysis of how the changes affect people, processes, and technology - Devising, creating, and delivering impactful communication plans for the assigned projects to ensure that key messages are communicated effectively - Formulating and executing effective training plans for the assigned projects
Requirements: - Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in a pertinent field, such as Business, Organizational Psychology, or Humanities - Minimum of 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a preference for candidates with comprehensive experience in managing change throughout the entire project lifecycle - Previously lead change initiatives for projects in complex environments, collaborating with various stakeholder groups - Strong background working in a program-based setting and take the initiative in driving change independently for individual projects
