Assist in creating, and distributing internal newsletters, announcements, and updates.
Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
Employee Engagement:
Organize and support employee events, corporate social responsibility activities, and internal engagement programs.
Gather feedback from employees to help shape engagement strategies and improve communication practices.
Develop creative ways to celebrate company milestones and achievements.
Qualifications:
Recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
UAE National.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
Good with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva etc..) is a plus.
Team player with strong organizational and project management skills.
