Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our project team in delivering exceptional outdoor furniture solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the project team in planning, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Act as a point of contact for clients to provide updates and address inquiries.
• Ensure proper organization and accessibility of project files on platforms such as OneDrive and PipeDrive.
• Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to the team.
• Support in preparing project presentations, quotations, and reports as needed.
• Ensure that all tasks comply with company standards and customer expectations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in the furniture, interior design, or hospitality sectors is a plus

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
