Project Architect & Interior Designer ( Experience In Interior & Fitout Only )
Job Description
The key responsibilities are:
Conceptualize design, 3D renders, graphic presentations and Hand sketches,
• Space planning and Prepares detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, material & mood boards.
• Prepare the material list, BOQ, and Quotations to the client
• Organizing and attending meetings relating to the project site/client/sub-contractors and present necessary reports.
• Coordinates program activities design to manage high-end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. from the conceptual stage through the life cycle of the projects.
• Can handle authority approvals of local agencies and Coordinate with them to obtain drawing approvals and Work Permits.
• Prepare material submittals to client presentation and maintain records of approval and changes requested.
• Should have 2-3 years of experience in UAE.
• Salary shall be depend upon the experience and expertise.
•Must have hand on experience on Revit, Sketchup, lumion , 3D & AutoCAD.•
