ZAD Studio is expanding and looking for an experienced Project Architect to oversee the execution and delivery of luxurious residential projects.

Who You Are:

• Degree: Bachelor's in Architecture
• Experience: 8-10 years in architectural and interior design construction supervision and project execution
• Skills:
• Expertise in site coordination, submittal reviews, and monitoring project progress
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, building materials, and site management
• Proficient in AutoCAD, manual sketching, and BIM navigation
• Capable of resolving on-site issues with detailed technical solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Valid UAE driver's license

What You'll Do:

• Project Oversight: Lead construction supervision, ensuring alignment with design, budget, and timelines
• Detailed Drawings: Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Site Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to maintain seamless execution
• Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and enforce high standards throughout the finishing stage
• Problem Solving: Address challenges like material delays, unforeseen site conditions, or design adjustments
• Submittal Reviews: Ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements
