The Role

We are representing one of the most highly regarded global design firm's who are looking to recruit several Architects to help support the continued growth of the business. The organisation is involved in several unique projects within the Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Commercial and Residential sectors. We are looking for candidates with proven track records of working on various typologies of projects. We are also looking for those who have strong technical experience. Responsibilities (But not limited to): o Leading the design development process, from concepts into detailed architectural designs o Ensuring the designs align with building codes, regulations, and standards o Managing project budgets and resources, including tracking expenses, preparing cost estimates, and managing change orders o Monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion and make adjustments as necessary o Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members to maintain project goals and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise



Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience o Bachelor's Degree in Architecture o Able to demonstrate a portfolio of varied projects of size and scale o Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp etc o Effective communication skills o Preferably, those who have UAE/Middle East experience would be ideal however, if you are looking to relocate from the UK, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Africa, please apply and we will arrange a discussion should your profile meet the expectations for the position.
