• Design Skills : Strong ability to conceptualize and create building designs.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of Building Codes and Regulations : In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Project Management : Ability to manage projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and clients.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address design and construction challenges.
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams.
• Creativity and Aesthetic Sense : Ability to create visually appealing designs that meet the functional needs of the client.
