Responsibilities
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Programmer to join our team based in Jeddah, KSA.
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications that support the monitoring and management of cleaning and waste management projects in Jeddah Governorate. This role involves writing code, debugging, and creating software solutions that improve project efficiency and data management.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that digital solutions align with project needs and enhance overall project performance.
We envisage success in this role to include: Developing, testing, and maintaining software applications for project management and performance monitoring. Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code to meet the needs of the cleaning and waste management projects. Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software systems to enhance functionality and performance. Collaborating with other teams to understand project requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for software solutions, including user manuals and technical guides. Ensuring software applications are secure and comply with data protection regulations. Integrating software solutions with existing project management systems and databases. Providing technical support and training to project staff as needed. Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 3+ years of experience in programming, software development, or related roles, partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Furthermore, you should demonstrate: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar. Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience developing software for public infrastructure or environmental projects. Familiarity with data analytics tools and performance monitoring systems. Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and services is an advantage. Experience with project management software integration and automation. Familiarity with web development technologies and frameworks is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
